Applying for IACUC Approval

• Animal Research Online (ARO) 
  ARO is the online system designed to manage IACUC protocol submissions. All new protocols and three-year renewals must be submitted via ARO.

Pre-ARO IACUC protocol forms

These forms can only be used for IACUC protocols in the MS Word format. If any of the following forms are submitted for an ARO protocol, they will be rejected. 

• Renewals 
• Modification Request Form
• Change of Research Personnel

Animal Housing Forms

• Approved Outside Housing Relocation Form 
• Housing Site Daily Log Form
